Your area of responsibility:
Portfolio analysis and derivation of key figures
Creating procurement strategies per department and/or commodity
Conducting of supplier search, evaluation and selection in cooperation w\
ith the demand carrier
Participating in pre-auditing of suppliers regarding technical possibili\
ties as well as quality standards
Running tender, obtaining and evaluating quotation
Benchmarking quotation on TCO basis
Cost negotiate and concluding supplier contracts
Monitoring of shipment date
Tracking supplier performance
Complaint analysis, supplier evaluation and supplier development
Conducting SAP orders What we look for:
BS Mech. Engineering or equivalent
Min. 5 years professional experience in strategic- and machinery procure\
ment
Experienced in developing and rolling out of procurement strategies
Secure handling of common MS Office applications and SAP R3
Self-initiative, assertiveness and communication strength
Capable to prepare and present facts and figures
Used to act independently and responsibly
Used to work in and collaborates with a team
Quick comprehension and good technical understanding
Strong and proven negotiation skills
Good knowledge of contract work law
English fluent, German basic
Travel required 15% - 20%
