Portfolio analysis and derivation of key figuresCreating procurement strategies per department and/or commodityConducting of supplier search, evaluation and selection in cooperation w\
ith the demand carrierParticipating in pre-auditing of suppliers regarding technical possibili\
ties as well as quality standardsRunning tender, obtaining and evaluating quotationBenchmarking quotation on TCO basisCost negotiate and concluding supplier contractsMonitoring of shipment dateTracking supplier performanceComplaint analysis, supplier evaluation and supplier developmentConducting SAP orders
What we look for:
BS Mech. Engineering or equivalentMin. 5 years professional experience in strategic- and machinery procure\
mentExperienced in guiding R&D through ESI and JRDExperienced in developing and rolling out of procurement strategiesSecure handling of common MS Office applications and SAP R3Self-initiative, assertiveness and communication strengthCapable to prepare and present facts and figuresUsed to act independently and responsiblyUsed to work in and collaborates with a teamQuick comprehension and good technical understandingStrong and proven negotiation skillsGood knowledge of contract work lawEnglish fluent, German basicTravel required 15% - 20%
