Your area of responsibility:
Category Management of Transport and Ware House Logistics, related services plus related side categories such as transportation medias
Defining of global category strategy
Stakeholder-, Relationship and Supplier Management
Strategic Sourcing incl. development and implementation of cost-reduction measures
Tendering of transportation and ware housing services
Negotiating of cost, terms and conditions
Contract creation in co-operation with internal cross function
Settling contracts with supplier
Escalation and risk management
Supplier qualification and management (incl. audit support)

What we look for:
Bachelor or Master degree (MBA) or equivalent
3+ years of professional experience in Logistics procurement with according responsibilities
Experience in supply chain management is an advantage
Professional experience in procurement on operational as well as strategic level
Good practice in professional business relationship with suppliers / service providers
Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, ability to work independently, excellent communication, good judgement and persuasive power
Intercultural competence
Assertiveness and decision-making ability
Teamplayer
SAP user knowledge
English fluent, German B2
