Leading the Category Management & Sourcing activiti es locally, internally
(local stakeholder) as well as externally (local su pply partners)
Drive local and client related sourcing projects in collaboration with
EMEA category management teams as well as leading E MEA-wide
sourcing projects
Develop effective relationships with internal stake holders at all levels in
order to support the business with turning operatio nal requirements
into effective supplier solutions
Responsible for local category strategy execution a nd supplier
performance management
Responsible for delivery of financial targets in li ne with the business
expectations and market opportunities
Support Category Managers in sharping their strateg ies by feeding in
local stakeholder requirements as well as local sup ply market expertise
Lead and develop a team of sourcing specialists to grow people and
future talents

Master degree, major in organizational development or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position, at least 3 years on
international level
Proven experience working with suppliers across the EMEA region
Deep understanding of sourcing processes and commer cial supplier
environment
Fluent in English and German – written and spoken
Analytical / conceptual / strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and independently working as a part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inte rface with all levels
