Your area of responsibility:
The Senior Manager Supply Chain Projects is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating of Supply Chain project initiatives.
Owns the planning, execution and controlling of multiple strategic Supply Chain projects with strong analytical focus
Drives the problem-solving process: frames problems, guides analytical modeling, and through analysis provides insights into solutions
Generates reports and analysis out of SAP BW and Excel for decision making and optimization initiatives
Facilitates meetings and workshops with all the levels of the organization and steers stakeholder management
Effectively manages the change driven by the project and is capable of steering the business in line with Supply Chain strategy
Grow project team members, and help them develop their skill set and their careers
What we look for:
University/Engineering degree with 5-10 years of experience in project management, change management and project planning
Strong project management, problem structuring, and strategic problem-solving skills – demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and
qualitative analysis
Strong interest in Supply Chain and innovations within Supply Chain (eg. Network design, supply planning, process improvement)
Hands-on, result oriented and structured
Strong team player with excellent social skills
High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
Excellent SAP BW, MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
Excellent English language skills and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
